I don't use MasterCam so cannot be specific but... Locate your MasterCam Post Processor folder (contains many different .pst files) and copy the Boss_Mach3.pst there. When generating the toolpath within MasterCam select the Boss_Mach3 post processor from the displayed list. Tweakie.
