My Remington built 94 took a bit of tuning to get it working perfect, but it was easy. I'd buy another one especially for the price of the 336.

Unless the JM is Pristine as new, $525 is to high. I have bought a couple of GB lately for under $400 that where in pretty nice condition. That being said, I can find Nice Yugos for about $400 as well. If the Marlin is nice, I would say good even trade. I sell new Marlins for a living, however I only buy JM Marlins.
